REGULATIONS – These are the Rules and Regulations for the Apartments ORNAK 7 Joanna Wilk-Tigkas, Ul. Ornak 7, 34-500 Zakopane.


These are the Rules and Regulations for the ORNAK 7 Apartments, hereinafter referred to as the Facility. Persons staying at the Facility are hereinafter referred to as the Guests. The person making a booking at the Facility and paying therefor is hereinafter referred to as the Client.
By making a reservation, you unambiguously confirm that you are acquainted with these Regulations, you agree with them and accept all provision of the regulations.


GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. These Regulations are an integral part of the tourist stay contract between the Client and Apartments ORNAK 7 represented by Joanna Wilk-Tigkas, ul.Ornak 7, 34-500 Zakopane, NIP 7361682906.

RESERVATIONS

  1. By making a booking, Clients unambiguously confirm that are acquainted with these Regulations, agree and accept all provision of the regulations.
  2. By making a booking, Clients hereby confirm that you have read and accepted the Personal Data Protection Policy.
  3. Online bookings can be made through the website: ornak7.pl.
  4. Payments are made via the Tpay payment system, available through the website ornak7.pl, in the booking panel.
  5. Every booking requires a down payment within the specified deadline to the bank account provided by the owner of apartments ORNAK 7 Joanna Wilk-Tigkas. The Client is obliged to pay 50% of the total booking value.
  6. If the down payment is not received, the reservation will be canceled.
  7. The Client is obliged to pay the remaining amount for the stay on the day of arrival in cash or by transfer.
  8. In the event of departure earlier than on the date booked by the Client due to the reasons beyond the control of the Facility, the entire payment for the stay of the Client shall not be changed or refunded.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. In the event of cancellation of the reservation or no-show at the Facility on the day of arrival, the deposit paid will be fortified.
  2. In the event of cancellation or changing a non-refundable offer at any time, the Client will be charged the total price of the reservation.
  3. In the event of cancellation of the partially refundable offer, the Client will be charged non-refundable prepayment 50% of the reservation value, if the reservation is changed or canceled at any time.
  4. For the flexible offer, cancelling or changing the booking within 5 days before the arrival results in terminating the contract, the Client is charged no fees by the Facility.
  5. For cancelling or changing the booking in a flexible offer after the deadline mentioned in point 4, the Client shall be charged 50% of the total booking value.
  6. Failure to use the entire stay according to the reservation details does not entitle a Guest to a refund of the payment made.

COMPLAINTS PROCEEDINGS

  1. Guests have the right to lodge complaints in matters related to the services provided by the Facility.
  2. The Facility accepts only complaints sent electronically to the following address: ornak7.zako@gmail.com within 14 days from the Guest’s check out from the Facility or, if the stay did not take place within the period resulting from the reservation made – within 14 days from the date on which the stay should take place.
  3. The Facility reserves 14 days to conduct the handling procedure of the complaint submitted by the Guest. Within this period, the Facility will inform the Guest about the result of the complaint-handling procedure.

STAY CONDITIONS

  1. Apartments are offered by the day. The check-in time starts at 4pm and ends at 9pm. Check-out time is until 10am on the day of departure.
  2. It is obligatory to inform the reception employee in advance of your arrival time. Early check-in is subject to an additional fee of 50PLN. Check-in after 9pm is subject to an additional fee of 100PLN. Both check-in and check-out outside of these hours require prior confirmation by the Facility and depends on the availability.
  3. The Guest is obliged to register immediately after arrival. In order to confirm the identity, the Guest is obliged to show the Reception employee an ID card and complete the registration card. In case of refusal to present an ID card, the receptionist has the right to refuse the rent of an apartment.
  4. Guests should inform the Reception employee about the damage immediately after it has been discovered. Otherwise, it is assumed that the equipment is complete and fault-free. The Guest is materially and legally responsible for any damages and destruction of equipment caused by them or their visitors.
  5. The Guest is obligated to use the apartment in accordance with its intended purpose, not to remove any elements of its equipment from the room. Moreover, the Guest is obligated not to copy the room keys given to him for the duration of his stay.
  6. In case if the keys are lost, the Guest is obliged to pay 300 PLN.
  7. When leaving the apartment, Guest should ensure the doors and windows of the room/apartment are securely locked.
  8. The Guest is obliged to lock the entrance door and secure the keys against access by unauthorized persons.
  9. For fire safety, it is prohibited to use in the apartments and other spaces heaters, irons, and other electrical equipment which do not constitute part of the room furnishing. This does not include chargers and electronics power supply units and computer equipment.
  10. The Guests staying at the Facility are obliged to comply with the fire safety regulations. It is prohibited to bring flammable materials, explosives, grill and materials with an unpleasant odor into the apartment (incense, scented candles, etc.).
  11. The Guest is not allowed to keep animals in the rooms. There is a total smoking ban inside the Facility. For violating the prohibition, a contractual penalty amounting to 1000PLN shall be charged.
  12. It is forbidden to wear ski boots in the building. Ski boots can be left in the ski room. It is prohibited to bring ski equipment, bicycles, etc. into the building.
  13. In Apartments ORNAK 7 the quiet hours last from 10pm to 7am the following day.
  14. In the quiet hours Guests are obliged to conduct themselves in such a way as not to disturb the peace of other guests staying at the apartments. The behavior of Guests should not disturb quiet enjoyment of other guests. Guests are obliged to behave in a way that is consistent with social norms and respects the right to rest of other people staying in the apartments during the day.
  15. Organizing parties in the apartment is strictly prohibited. Visitors may remain in the Apartments ORNAK 7 between 8:00 and 21:00.
  16. The apartment cannot accommodate more people than indicated during the reservation process. The Guests cannot transfer or share room with other people, even if the hotel day, for which they have paid for has not elapsed.
  17. The owner of the Facility is not responsible for valuables or money left in the apartments.
  18. The owner of the Facility is not responsible for damage or loss of a car or any other vehicle belonging to the guest, parked at the Apartments ORNAK 7 parking area.
  19. The Guest is obliged to leave the kitchenette properly clean and garbage sorted. The Client may be charged 300PLN for violating the Regulations.
  20. Before the Guest leaves the apartment, Reception employee checks the technical condition of the apartment, equipment and devices located in it.
  21. In case of violation of the provisions of these Regulations, the owner of the Facility may refuse to continue to provide services to the person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the demands of the Receptionist ​​and may be required to leave the premises of the ORNAK 7 Apartments within 20 minutes. The owners of the Facility reserves the right to cease providing services and immediately terminate the contract, while retaining the amount due to the entire period of stay.
  22. The owner of the Facility has the right to enter the rented apartment for the duration of the Guest’s stay if the owner notices any threats that affect safety or if the guests do not comply with the apartment’s regulations.
  23. The area around the Facility is monitored and protected by a security company.
  24. The Reception is open from 10 am to 9 pm.
  25. Reception employee of ORNAK 7 Apartments may refuse to check in persons being under visible influence of alcohol or intoxicants or behaving in a vulgar manner.
  26. Minors under 18 years of age are only allowed to stay on the Facility premises if they are accompanied by adults who bear full liability for their actions as well as for any possible consequences of these actions and any situations occurring on the Facility premises.
  27. The owner of the Facility reserves the right to change the room or the apartment in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as a technical fault in the originally booked room or the need to carry out urgent maintenance.
  28. The owner of the Facility reserves the right to charge a deposit fee of 500PLN as security for the apartment. The deposit is refunded in full on the day of departure if no damage is caused to the apartment.

ADDITIONAL FEES

  1. The price for the stay does not include the tourist tax collected by the City of Zakopane from people staying longer than 24 hours for recreational, health, training and tourist purposes in Zakopane.
  2. The tourist tax is collected in cash on the day of check-in. Tourist tax is 2 PLN per person for each commenced day of stay.
  3. Children under 2 years old do not pay any fees for their stay if they sleep on a bed available in the apartment (with parents).
  4. It is possible to add a baby cot in the apartment. It costs 50PLN per child per stay. Baby cots are subject to availability.
  5. Check-in and check-out outside of scheduled hours requires an additional charge of 50PLN or 100PLN and needs to be confirmed by the property.
  6. Additional fees must be paid in cash on the day of check-in ORNAK 7 Apartments.

OTHERS

In matters not regulated in the Regulations, the relevant provisions of the Polish Civil Code and relevant acts will apply.
