REGULATIONS – the Rules and Regulations for the ORNAK 7 Apartments.


These are the Rules and Regulations for the ORNAK 7 Apartments, hereinafter referred to as the Facility. Persons staying at the Facility are hereinafter referred to as the Guests. The person making a booking at the Facility and paying therefor is hereinafter referred to as the Client. By making a reservation, you unambiguously confirm that you are acquainted with these Regulations, you agree with them and accept all provision of the regulations.


GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. These Regulations are an integral part of the tourist stay contract between the Client and apartments ORNAK 7 represented by Joanna Wilk-Tigkas,
    ul.Ornak 7, 34-500 Zakopane, NIP 7361682906.

RESERVATIONS

  1. By making a booking, Clients unambiguously confirm that are acquainted with these Regulations, agree and accept all provision of the regulations.
  2. By making a booking, Clients hereby confirm that you have read and accepted the Personal Data Protection Policy.
  3. Online bookings can be made through the website: ornak7.pl.
  4. Payments are made via the Tpay payment system, available through the website ornak7.pl, in the booking panel.
  5. Every booking requires a down payment within the specified deadline to the bank account provided by the owner of apartments ORNAK 7 Joanna Wilk-Tigkas. The Client is obliged to pay 50% of the total booking value.
  6. If the down payment is not received, the reservation is canceled.
  7. The Client is obliged to pay the remaining amount for the stay on the day of arrival in cash, by payment card or by transfer.
  8. In case of earlier departure, as a result of the booking, does not entitle to claim refund of the payments made.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. In case of cancellation or no-show at Apartments ORNAK 7 on the day of arrival, as a results from the booking, does not entitle to claim refund of the payments made.
  2. For the partially refundable offer, cancelling or changing the booking at any time before the arrival results the Client shall be charged 50% of the total booking value.
  3. For the flexible offer, cancelling or changing the booking within 5 days before the arrival results in terminating the contract, the Client is charged no fees by the Facility.
  4. For cancelling or changing the booking in a flexible offer after the deadline mentioned in point 3, the Client shall be charged 50% of the total booking value.
  5. For the Guest’s no-show at the Facility, the Client shall be charged full 50% of the total booking value.
  6. Clients may lodge complaints in matters concerning the quality of the services provided by apartments ORNAK 7. Complaints should be submitted by post or e-mail. ORNAK 7 apartments represented by Joanna Wilk-Tigkas will consider the complaint within 14 business days from the date of its receipt.

STAY CONDITIONS

  1. Apartments are offered by the day. The check-in time starts at 16:00, and the check-out time is at 10:00 the following day.
  2. The Guest is obliged to register immediately after arrival. In order to confirm the identity, the Guest is obliged to show the Reception employee an ID card and complete the registration card. In case of refusal to present an ID card, the receptionist has the right to refuse the rent of an apartment.
  3. Guests should inform the Reception employee about the damage immediately after it has been discovered. Otherwise, it is assumed that the equipment is complete and fault-free. Guest is materially and legally responsible for any damages and destruction of equipment caused by them or their visitors.
  4. The Guest is obligated to use the apartment in accordance with its intended purpose, not to remove any elements of its equipment from the room. Moreover, the Guest is obligated not to copy the room keys given to him for the duration of his stay.
  5. In case if the keys are lost, the Guest is obliged to pay 300 PLN.
  6. When leaving the apartment, Guest should ensure the doors and windows are securely locked.
  7. For fire safety, it is prohibited to use in the apartments and other spaces heaters, irons and other electrical equipment which do not constitute part of the room furnishing. This does not include chargers and electronics power supply units and computer equipment.
  8. The Guests staying at apartments ORNAK 7 are obliged to comply with the fire safety regulations. It is prohibited to bring flammable materials, explosives and materials with an unpleasant odor into the apartment.
  9. The Guest undertakes not to keep animals in the rooms. There is a total smoking ban inside apartments ORNAK 7. For violating the prohibition, a contractual penalty amounting to 1000PLN shall be charged.
  10. It is forbidden to wear ski boots in the building. Ski boots can be left in the ski room. It is prohibited to bring ski equipment, bicycles, etc. into the building.
  11. In apartments ORNAK 7 curfew lasts from 22:00 to 7:00 the following day.
  12. In the curfew hours Guests are obliged to conduct themselves in such a way as not to disturb the peace of other guests staying at the apartments. The conduct of guests should not disturb quiet enjoyment of other guests.
  13. Visitors may remain in the apartments ORNAK 7 between 8:00 and 21:00.
  14. The Guests cannot transfer or share room with other people, even if the hotel day, for which he has paid for has not elapsed.
  15. The owner of apartments ORNAK 7 is not responsible for valuables or money left in the apartments.
  16. Apartments ORNAK 7 is not responsible for damage or loss of car or other vehicle belonging to the guest, parked at the apartments ORNAK 7 area.
  17. The Guest is obliged to leave the kitchenette properly clean and garbage sorted. The Client may be charged 200 PLN for violating the Regulations.
  18. Before the Guest leaves the apartment, Reception employee checks the technical condition of the apartment, equipment and devices located in it.
  19. In case of violation of the provisions of these Regulations, the owner of ORNAK 7 Apartments may refuse to continue to provide services to the person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the demands of the Receptionist as payment for past services and to pay for possible damage and destruction caused ​​and may be required to leave the premises of the ORNAK 7 within 20 minutes.
  20. The owner has the right to enter the rented apartment for the duration of Guest’s stay if the owner notice any threats that affect safety or if the guests do not comply with the apartment’s regulations.
  21. The area around the facility is monitored.
  22. The reception is open from: 08:00 am to 21:00 pm.
  23. The Facility may refuse to check in persons being under visible influence of alcohol or intoxicants or behaving in a vulgar manner. Minors under 18 years of age are only allowed to stay on the Facility premises if they are accompanied by adults who bear full liability for their actions as well as for any possible consequences of these actions and any situations occurring on the Facility premises.
  24. The owner of ORNAK 7 apartments reserves the right to charge a deposit fee of 500 PLN as security for the apartment. The deposit is refunded in full on the day of departure if no damage is caused to the apartment.

ADDITIONAL FEES

  1. The price for the stay does not include the tourist tax charged to the City of Zakopane people staying longer than 24 hours for recreational, health, training and tourist purposes in Zakopane.
  2. Tourist tax is collected in cash on the day of check-in. Tourist tax is 2 PLN 2 per person for each commenced day of stay.
  3. Children under 2 years old do not pay any fees for their stay if they sleep on a bed available in the apartment.
  4. It is possible to add a baby cot in the apartment. It costs 25PLN per child per night. Baby cots are subject to availability.
  5. Additional fees must be paid in cash on the day of check-in ORNAK 7 Apartments.

OTHERS

In matters not regulated in the Regulations, the relevant provisions of the Polish Civil Code and relevant acts will apply.
